  2. Coconut oil is so versatile you’d wonder why isn’t being massively used. I use coconut oil primarily for skin care as I have dry skin due to cold weather. I use it twice daily as a moisturizer. But I learned that coconut oil also aids in digestion. It works pretty much like probiotics. I use the oil form and the tablet form.
